Ideally this would be based on Joomla's current list layout:
1. be able to add multiple fields and display in a 'table like' structure
2. add the capability of SORTING on the field columns (I see this is another feature request)
3. add the RESPONSIVE stacking option so if the list is displayed on a cell phone it will automatically stack.

As we discussed via email, I think the option of:
https://codepen.io/SitePoint/pen/QwemaO
looks exactly like what I'm thinking...the quesiton is how to define a 'column heading', and I really like the 'group heading', although I don't know if it would apply to this type of list.

Hi Laura

Did you take a look at the implementation in EasyLayouts 1.0.0 - that supports a CSS only equivalent (https://codepen.io/anon/pen/yPKWmB) ?

That deals with point 3 - I'm working on solutions for point 1 & 2

Demo Site

You can access our demo at https://demo.easylayouts.net.

You can easily switch EasyLayouts off and on again via a special module on the demo site and can also access the backend to experiment with the layouts. The demo resets every hour so bear in mind that the demo looks a bit odd that someone else may have changed the layouts before you viewed the page.
