Pre-release version of our enhanced PageCache for Joomla!

Allows you to cache pages for logged in users - caching is unique to each user access level.
Mark modules to be excluded - these will be dynamically fetched whilst the rest of the page is from the cache
Allows you to cache paged which are mostly static with a couple dynamic modules faster than the progressive cache
