ReNewal Discount does not display!?

When you are logged in the discount should applied automatically - our new subscription system doesn't show it as a separate amount/percentage.

You could double check by viewing the subscriptions page not logged in or in a private browser.

If there is a problem we will make sure you get your discount one way or another !

I did check it twice. Also as guest and compared with my logged in account. As far as I can see, nothing changes on the pricing. Your text hint "If you are renewing or upgrading you will any applicable discount on the next page after clicking 'renew' or 'upgrade', implies that I would see a difference on the page where I have to choose my payment processor... but above that options I see the same price!? For instance 25 for basic, and 50 for the PRO5 package. I have tried both buttons and packages that show "renew" for me. Also tried it from my profile tab.

I just used the EasyUser Login plugin to simulate being logged in as you and I see the 20% off the Pro 5 renewal when I go to the payment page. Your current membership is Pro 5 which is why you don't see the discount for the basic membership.

I tried it also with the PRO5 package... and it displayed the regular price! I just did not create a screenshot.

UPDATE:
Tried it again, because the subscription is still active. As far as I can tell, this is the regular PRO5 price, right?

BTW, I remember I had the BASIC once... and had also a payment issues with a personal Coupon code back than. That discount did not work too. I don't remember it in detail, but as a compromise you have offered me that PRO5 subscription with a slightly longer period of time. Maybe there was something wrong, because of this manual correction/modification? Anyways, currently my account offers me both plans for a renewal.

FYI – it is not too urgent! Take your time. Currently I don't have a project, where I would use it. Actually, I have used it on my own local server installations, just to play and test with different layouts. So I would not have to create and remember a zillion overrides/alt-layouts.
If you don't find any issue, I could also renew later this year... If you offer some special or seasonal coupons!?!

I am about to purchase a subscription, because there are some updates and J!4 compatibility.
In your previous comment, you have offered a coupon... May I still get it?
Since I am a single person and have no current projects, I am looking for any kind of savings

PS: The currency conversion between euro / pound is quite tempting these days. Usually I would choose the shortest subscription. Maybe a coupon could convince me for the 12month option!?
