What were the problems you were seeing?

The card was not accepted. I pay with it on other sites and it's okay.

Paypal and Stripe make their own assessment in conjunction with the card issuer as to whether to accept the payment - it is not something we have control over. The only thing we can do is to limit which types of cards we accept and I believe the only constrain in place is that they don't accept American Express.

Do you have an alternative card you could use?

I don't have another card.

I could send you payment details for a bank transfer - would that work?

Could you tell me what sort of card it is? Mastercard/Visa? Credit/Charge/Debit/Prepaid card? I could then check with PayPal and Stripe why there is a problem?
