Hi Michael, I have used both in a couple of projects with no issues so far. I might have avoided the issues because all my Layouts are restricted to a specific article category and that avoids conflicts as my Yootheme builder articles are in the Uncategorized category...

It's a good thing to test but I think the only issue you may face will be one being used instead of the other with no more issues.
