Joomla's com_users component doesn't offer such a menu item type at present. I think it doesn't because of user privacy/security issues.

I have been working on extending EasyLayouts to customise the output of com_contact so if there was a plugin or script to auto-import your users into Joomla contacts then this may meet your needs.

Not yet - its on the TODO list for version 1.1.0 of EasyLayouts - we will be releasing version 1.0.0 stable in the next few days so hopefully will have something to try out in 2-3 weeks time.

Support for com_users and com_contacts is planned for EasyLayouts version 1.1.0

com_contact is supported - so you can create customised contact forms without a form builder addon for Joomla.

com_users isn't ready for release yet I'm afraid.
